All through my work with organizational development I have been learned something new from each venture. This blog is my attempt at sharing what I have gathered, and looking forward to learning more from you.
For 45 years, I have walked through hills and crossed high passes with shepherds, climbed snowy mountains and imposing cliffs, learnt to catch snakes, tried to remember the constellations, and much more. All through, I have always marvelled at how people come together and make systems come alive.
In my work life, I have wandered through places - including research in biochemistry, marketing control instruments, selling training programs and designing people development initiatives for organizations.
